By installing or using YouTube Suite Pro ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension.

2. Description of service

YouTube Suite Pro is a free browser extension for Google Chrome that enhances the YouTube viewing experience with additional controls including zoom, rotation, speed adjustment, audio processing, visual filters, and other productivity features. The Extension operates entirely within your browser and does not require an account or registration.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to:

• Use the Extension only on websites where you have permission to do so.
• Comply with YouTube's own Terms of Service while using the Extension.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Extension for commercial redistribution without permission.

4. Intellectual property

The Extension, including its source code, design, and content, is owned by Tauã Borges Kloch Leite. All rights reserved. "YouTube" is a trademark of Google LLC. YouTube Suite Pro is an independent extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or YouTube.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Extension will function without interruption or error.
• Features will continue to work following YouTube platform updates.
• The Extension is free from bugs or security vulnerabilities.

YouTube may change its platform at any time in ways that affect Extension functionality, which is beyond our control.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of YouTube Suite Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Extension, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or device malfunction.

7. Third-party links

The Extension popup may contain links to third-party websites such as the Chrome Web Store and Buy Me a Coffee. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those external sites.

8. Updates and changes

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Extension at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.
